I want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?

You may register online from December 2016 onwards. Your registration will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to the Visitor Pre-registration Counters at Marina Bay Sands during show days to collect your visitor badge. In the meantime, please join our mailing list and be notified when the online registration starts.

Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?

This exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition. If you are interested to attend the CommunicAsia2017 Summit, there is a conference fee applicable depending on the sessions that you would like to attend.

Your CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT badge will also allow you entry to BroadcastAsia which will be held at Suntec Singapore, Level 3, 4 & 6.

I registered online for the CommunicAsia2017 exhibition and did not get a reply after 1 working day. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?

Email to evelyn.tan@sesallworld.com, with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.

I will like to be kept updated on CommunicAsia2017. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive brochures on the exhibition and eNewsletters for free?
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

Where can I see the list of CommunicAsia2017 exhibitors?

You can make use of the Online Show Catalogue which is a user friendly portal that allows customised search functions to generate immediate responses. The portal also showcases exhibitors’ profile, products and services. The CommunicAsia2017 Online Show Catalogue will be ready in March 2017.

I need to apply for a Visa to enter Singapore for CommunicAsia2017. I have been told by the Singapore Mission nearest to me that I need to a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser. Who do I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Email to evelyn.tan@sesallworld.com, with subject: Request for Letter of Introduction, and provide the following:

  • Full name (as in passport)
  • Passport / travel document number
  • Nationality
  • Job Title
  • Company
  • Company Address
  • City
  • Country
  • Telephone Number
  • Fax number
  • Email address

Please also attach a scanned copy of your business card and passport to your email. We will email you a copy of your Letter of Introduction, and send you the original copy by mail if required.

If I have registered for CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017, do I need to register again to go to BroadcastAsia2017?

No, you do not have to register again to enter BroadcastAsia2017. Your visitor badge for CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017 will allow you entry into BroadcastAsia2017. Likewise, if you have registered for BroadcastAsia2017, you do not have to register again to enter CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT2017. CommunicAsia / EnterpriseIT will be held at Basement 2 to Level 5. BroadcastAsia will be held at Level 3, 4 & 6 of Suntec Singapore. This is valid only for the exhibitions. To attend the BroadcastAsia 2017 International Conference or the CommunicAsia2017 Summit, fees apply.
