Before The Show

Listed below are the various media opportunities that are available to you before the start of the event, to garner greater awareness and boost pre-show media publicity of your company’s participation at CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017.

  1. Online Media Centre

Upload press releases about your showcase / participation at CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017 onto our event website.

The online media centre allows the media to learn more about exhibitors’ announcements and product launches. You can upload your press releases from February 2017.

  1. Media interviews with your company’s senior executives
Submit your list and bio-data of C-Level attendees who will be at the event, and are available for onsite media interviews to Patricia Yee. Do note that media interviews are not guaranteed.
  1. Editorial and Advertising opportunities in Official Show Daily published by Questex Asia

A show daily is also produced for CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017. This will be picked up by visitors on the show days. Newsworthy editorial information may be submitted directly to the editor.

When you send editorial materials, please state clearly that it is for the CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017 Show Daily. You may submit your editorial materials to Mr. Stefan Hammond.

  1. Leverage on Singapore Exhibition Service’s local and regional publicity campaign

In the lead up to CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017, the in house PR team at Singapore Exhibition Services rolls out a slew of PR activities in Singapore and across the region, and we want to include newsworthy content from our exhibitors. Regions we have PR activities include Singapore, China, Europe, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Let us know if you have:

  • Show-related announcements and product launches
  • High-profile special guests who will be at the event
  • Subject experts or content on trending topics you think the media will be interested in
  • Onsite media events

During The Show

These media opportunities occur onsite, when the show opens, to leverage on the reporters and journalists that will be attending CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017. Arrangements for onsite media opportunities can be made by utilising the Media Centre to drop off press kits and media invites.

  1. Availing your company’s press kits at the media centre

Shelves are provided in the Media Centre at CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017 during the show to hold copies of exhibitors’ press kits.Reporters look through these shelves and pick up press kits of companies they wish to find out more about. Due to space constraints, there is a limited number of shelves. Therefore, they are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

To reserve a shelf for your press kits, please email Patricia Yee. When you arrive at CommunicAsia and EnterpriseIT 2017, please proceed to the Media Centre. You will see an allocated shelf with your company’s name for your use.

  1. Inviting press members to onsite events
If you are holding show-related events for the press or networking sessions and would like the press to attend them, you may drop off your invitations at the Media Centre. These will be displayed prominently on notice boards.
  1. Leverage on Media Partners’ Show Coverage
The show’s media partners will be covering the show extensively, and are looking for newsworthy content from our exhibitors. Please send through content to Patricia Yee.
