How can I attend the CommunicAsia2017 Summit?
Please write to Elaine Dang at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. Conference registration will open in December 2016.
Once you have submitted your conference registration form, a confirmation note with details on how to visit the CommunicAsia2017/Enterprise2017 Exhibition will be sent. Please do not pre-register online again to visit the exhibition. Your conference delegate badge will allow you entry into the CommunicAsia2017/Enterprise2017 Exhibition.
Can I pay the conference fee via TT / bank draft?
Yes. You can download the PDF registration form which will be available in December 2016, fill up your particulars, and follow the instructions to make payment via TT / cheque / bank draft. Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end.
If I sign up now and cannot attend the conference, can you refund the fees paid?
Request for refunds should be made in writing before 21 April 2017. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. Substitution will be accepted with at least 2 weeks’ notice before the conference.
Can I change the sessions I registered for?
Yes, however any difference in fees between the sessions originally registered for and replacement sessions will not be refunded. Any shortfall in fees must be paid for before attendance is confirmed.
Can you send me an invoice for the conference registration? My accounts department needs it to process payment.
You can request for an invoice with your registration form at least 1 month before the conference. However your attendance at the conference will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end.
The conference is just 5 days away. Will there be enough time for you to send me an invoice? Alternatively what else can I do? My accounts department will not pay based on a registration form.
Upon receipt of payment, the organiser will issue you with a receipt. You may wish to pay with a valid credit card first and get reimbursed from your company using receipt issued.
My accounts department needs time to process the fees and it may not reach you by the stated date. What should I do?

I just faxed the registration form to you. Can you send me a confirmation immediately?
The organiser will require approximately 3 working days to process and acknowledge your registration. To facilitate, please register early and ensure prompt payment.
